Firstly place your order and choose colours that match close to your outfit.
Next you will need to take a photograph of your outfit, it is important that you take the photo during the day, preferably near a window, but without the sun shining directly on to the outfit. Lay the outfit flat on the floor and place beside the dress a piece of white paper, this can be from a printer or the back of a letter. This is so we can adjust the photo and give us an accurate colour profile from which to work from. We ask that you do not adjust the photo in anyway nor change the size.
Then you will need to email us the picture. You can either reply to your order confirmation or email us directly at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and put your order number in the subject heading and attach the photo to your email. We would ask also that if you require the fascinator for a specific date that you also let us know in the email, so we can ensure that we can guarantee to get your fascinator back to you in time. Please note that colour matching can take longer than our regular service.
