All products are handmade to order and thus take time, we currently operate a 7 day policy for the assembly of each fascinator however for UK customers we offer an express service which carries additional charges. We utilise 3 different methods for the delivery of our products and these depend upon where you are from. Our current options for delivery are

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled without charge within 24 hours of ordering. If work has begun the cost of non reusable materials such as feathers, ribbon and jewels will be deducted from the total to be refunded.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Please note that each fascinator is individually handmade and may differ slightly from the photographs on the website, however if when you receive your fascinator you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so that the problem can be immediately discussed. All items are despatched in perfect condition. Any items damaged during transit may be returned for replacement. Refunds will only be given if an item is lost in the post.
DISCLAIMER
All of our products are made to a high standard. We advise that all children, especially those under the age of 5, wearing any of the items be supervised at all times as the jewels could be potential choking hazards. We cannot accept any responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of our products.
