We have a few ways of ordering from us, but they all result in the same, a stunning fascinator for you to wear.
Firstly is ordering online here. The process for ordering online is simple.
- Choose the fascinator(s) you want
- Choose your colours, please note that we have various colour options, these are not limited to what you see on the site, as we can create any fascinator in any colour.
- Where possible jewels can be added to the fascinator, the choices are diamantes, pearls or crystals or a combination of all, each spray averages 3 jewels per spray, so please bare this in mind when you are ordering.
- When you are going through to the checkout there is a section to add a note. It is here that you can put more details about the colours you wish your fascinator to be made in, we ask that should you require our colour matching service or you have a particular request that is different from the regular options of the fascinator that you indicate a date that you need the fascinator for, we can tailor our designs to any style and or colour but may need a little more time to do so.
- If you are using our colour matching service you will then need to forward us a sample of your outfit that you wish us to colour match. You can do this via posting a colour swatch or the garment to us or by emailing us a photograph of your outfit. For emailing a photograph please follow this guide on how to send us an accurate photograph that we can successfully colour match from.
Please note that if you post us the full outfit we will handle it with the utmost care and will return it in the condition we receive it in, however although we endeavour to insure a reliable shipping service, we hold no responsibility for any damage or loss once the order and the garment has been posted. We recommend that you use Royal Mail special delivery for this as they offer an insured service. We also require a prepaid special delivery slip to be included from the post office for us to return the garment, otherwise we will raise and email an invoice for the cost of postage and will hold the order until the invoice has been paid via logging into your account on this site.
